Community Outreach Highlights

Our Emergency Medicine team has been active in community outreach this season. Fellows taught hands-only CPR at the American Heart Association’s Heart Walk and Hard Hats with Hearts events, helping community members feel more confident responding in a cardiac emergency. To continue the spirit of giving, the department also partnered with the OB Emergency Room nursing team to adopt elders and children through the Salvation Army Angel Tree program.
